Sarim Shami founded Sarim Shami & Co. Chartered Accountants (formerly known as RITE Accountants) in 2018 which has offices in both London and Dartford. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and oversees all the activities relating to the firm including Accounting Compliance, Business Advisory, Corporate and Personal Tax as well as Strategic Planning.

Sarim has over 10 years’ experience in commerce and practice. He has strong technical knowledge in all areas of accounting and has been successfully advising owner-managed businesses and SMEs on a broad range of commercial, transactional and compliance issues.

Sarim loves technology and is very ambitious in delivering fully paperless accounting and tax solutions to clients.

He has also acted as a Consultant for a tax law firm where he was involved in advising clients on the matters relating to personal and corporation tax, R&D, loan relationships, international tax as well as efficient profit extraction.

He is currently studying towards the Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) qualification and enjoy creating tax efficient structures for clients.
